Is there really no way to email/talk to someone at bungie? I've been tearing through the forums. My solution is NOT HERE. A FORUM CAN'T FIX MY PROBLEM. Also, 90 days to cross save again? I mean really? A little excessive maybe? Holy -blam!- a week, sure. 3 months? Wow. Maybe if the first-time instructions were more definitive than a few -blam!- sentences.... thousands of people wouldn't be having this issue. 90 days. I bust my tooshie working 12-hour days, clean the house cause nobody else will, wrap presents, dump whatever money I have left into car repairs, then decide I want to get on destiny for an hour. Who was I to think that could be possible? I have to wait 90 days to relax because I wanted to play for 1 hour. fyb

Hi there. I know it's not the answer you're hoping for, but if a player disables Cross Save for any reason, they must wait a mandatory 90-day cooldown before it can be used again. There are no exceptions to this policy.
To deactivate Cross Save, click the “Deactivate Cross Save” button located at the bottom of the page. Players must authenticate all accounts before they can deactivate Cross Save. Doing so will result in an unskippable 90-day deactivation period for all accounts previously involved in the Cross Save setup.
Please see the Cross Save Guide for info. Your Xbox character is still available to play on Xbox. If you don't have access to an Xbox anymore though, you could create a new character on Steam to play with until the cooldown expires.

Bungie has no public phone number or email address. The only way is these forums. Please do a search for "Cross save issues" on Bungie.net or the Destiny app to bring up a help guide which covers this. Ps. The 90 day thing is as a deterrent so it has to be excessive.
