Concept proposal for the user-friendly redesign of the Eververse:
The Eververse is not criticized for nothing, it really has some weak points. Even if the cash shop has been known since the middle of the first part, it still feels like a foreign body in the game for me, to be honest. Due to the lack of transparency and the questionable surreptitious advertising (bright engrams), it has also acquired the image of a pure sales event and that should simply be changed.
•Instead of a cash shop, which contains goods and items that literally cannibalize with the loot, it needs a new coat of paint in the direction of a bonus depot (which rewards me and others for something and offers us common advantages)
•Instead of hidden advertising in the form of Bright engrams, monetization is needed that is not only motivating, but also exciting and maybe even a little bit proud (keyword: Patreon subscription for constant content creation in D2)
So today my suggestion to realign Eververse into a:
Destiny 2 Fundraiser's Bonus Depot
STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON THE SUSTAINABLE CONVERSION OF THE CASH SHOP INTO A BONUS DEPOT
1. Remove the Bright engrams in advance and replace them with Bright Dust Chests
2. Now divide the bonus depot into 2 blank categories. Armor sets and weapon ornaments
3. Flushes all other items back into the gaming world to be grindable
4. Adds 2 Destiny sections: PvP and PvE
5. Create an overview of possible content modules for PvP and PvE that would be feasible for you and through successful monetization
6. Implements a Patreon mechanic that allows Destiny players to subscribe to whatever Destiny section (PvP/PvE) they are interested in; to be able to support the respective section in regard of content delivery
7. Implements a crowdfunding roadmap with a progress bar feature that provides visual information in milestones about which content creation modules can already be funded thanks to community enthusiasm
8. Link the two sections to the Destiny sections. Armor sets would fit well in the PvE section, weapon ornaments would fit well in the PvP section
9. Now grants benefits to subscribers of the respective Destiny sections:
This could look like...
• get a discount in the respective category if you buy there with silver or,
• that as a subscriber-only feature, you can also shop there with bright dust, which can be found in the bright dust chests
10. Finally feeds the funded content modules into some kind of cloud so that they are protected from content vaulting or the like; or ensures that at least all subscribers have consistent and permanent access to the gaming content made possible by this new monetization method (win-win)

No. Eververse has ceased to serve it's primary purpose. Get rid of it.
