Spire Master, champion INSTANT health?
I know if coming out of stunned and a champion minatour teleports they START health regen, but is instant full bar intended like what happened in the video?
It's been a while, so my memory might be hazy. If it's intended, I'll just wait to do master until pinny grind is done
