This has been around for two seasons, and by the looks of it icefall got a ghost buff, its tanking shots really well now, but another problem it has is the reset of the cooldown on death. This happens in both pvp and pve, whether you had it charged or not. This was not stated in any patch notes so im assuming it was a bug. Heres why it brings the exotic down. Reset of the timer means less survivability in pve and pvp. Ruins well builds with lack of accessibility to generate wells. The exotic is used way less which means its less useful, making void over shield more consistent and better. Its really hard to buff this exotic without it making overpowered. But the reset is extremely unnecessary. Please fix, thank you bungie I could get a video if necessary.
