First of all.. let me say that i love the game, i play it years now, i have lots of patience, good will and i have nothing against the people who work behind it. I know how difficult is sometimes to manage bugs etc but we need to speak about the elephant in the room at some point. Lately every new patch/release/dungeon/raid or whatever content you put or remove from the game cause server problems, bugs etc. At this point, it's a pattern that i am worried that it really doesn't help new people to stay.. or veterans to continue playing/paying for your game. Learn from your previous bad releases and fix the issue beforehand. This thing is not new. I feel like a beta tester at this point. New dungeon lunched today ( content we pre-paid btw) with fixed date of release. The reason i am saying that is cause some of us have busy schedules and knowing that the new content will drop today we made the time and arrangements to stay indoors. Spending our precious friday night in game instead of going out having drinks or whatever. Server connection problems you expect to happen after released content without testing things out.. well.. kinda disrespects our time and money we spend in your game. Problems that frequent is mandatory to be compensated to show you give a damn. Posting things like "we are currently investigating the issue" day after day is not the way to calm the waters Bungie. Especially now. Just a thought.
A loyal but ..concerned customer.
