Whisper of obscurity and seraph towers
Seraph towers see through the invisibility from whisper of obscurity. Other sources of invisibility are not seen through.
Have not tested invis from assassin's cowl.

1 Replynot quite correct, the turrets will see you during the invisibility if you made yourself invisible in their field of view, the same thing happened to me with the smoke So make invisible behind cover or walk past behind cover after becoming invisible, then they won't see you anymore
