Season 18 Questline soft-locked on release of new Season
Season 18 quest "Sails of the Shipstealer" is currently soft-locked. Upon reaching step 44, the step that requires one to complete the Pirate Hideout for the Coward, the icon in H.E.L.M. does not appear for the Pirate Hideout Activity, rendering the quest progression locked.
Abandoning and reacquiring the quest does not work.
Restarting the game does not work.
