They are absolutely garbage even with the aspect and the exotic. They either need to do more damage or actually track for more then .3 seconds before exploding.
There is no reason for the grenade to not even one shot but do horrible damage AND have a long cooldown. Either you buff the damage or lower the cooldown, but one needs to happen. I feel like the only reason they haven't touched scatter nades is because warlocks have nothing manacles and the aspect. It's okay if warlocks have strong tools Bungie lol.

It's okay if warlocks have strong tools Bungie lol.[/quote] The base version of this grenade is extremely good. You will do 90%-100% of your enemies HP instantly if you hit them with it. It’s just high instant damage that can one hit if placed just right. Even if it doesn’t one shot, it still does a ton of damage.
