Just reduce Pheonix Dive cooldown.
Just do it. Nearly 2 seasons have passed. Why is this taking so long? The slow landing animation, weak directional movement, and weak heal can be tuned later.
Just decrease the cooldown for now atleast. It would be great to just have a class ability I can use on the fly and somewhat while in fights.
