What gear is in the op pvp arc titan build?
Mods, gear, weapons, super abilities etc...

Exotic: Heart of Inmost Light Aspect: Touch of Thunder Fragment: Spark of Shock, Spark of Magnitude, Spark of Recharge, Spark of Resistance (my personal choice) Prioritize Resilience, Strength, and Discipline. I don’t feel like going through the charged with light mods but with what is provided above you’ll be fine. Charged with Light or Elemental Wells would be overkill. This is obviously for PvE
