PvP Restriction. Is playing on another account a form of ban evasion?
Recently got a PvP Restriction for bad connections. I cannot matchmaking with other players currently. Would playing on a different account for regular PvP (not trials or any end game content) be a form of ban evasion?

Yes it would. I highly recommend you don't do that because it could lead to further action against you. -
