Give Arby/Lorentz ZERO Aim Assistance.
Apart from making them heavy weapons, this is the only real solution I see.
LITERALLY make their aim assistance values 0/zilch/nada/nothing.

I have no idea how anyone could dislike this but I'm guessing the Timmy's dont want their anti-barrier crutch kicked out.
