I bought 6000 silver for Festival of the Lost cosmetics this afternoon at roughly 12:45pm. I had thought that the reset was at 1pm in my time-zone, not 12pm. So now I have $50 gone and I can't even get the things I had been looking forward to. I'm very upset by this, and if nothing else can be done, I would like a refund of this silver. I have not spent any of it, so I will not have a negative silver balance. I'm very disappointed, as I did not have the chance to buy silver until this afternoon due to real-life complications, and I still thought I was within the time-frame.

Bungie doesn’t issue silver refunds. You’ll need to reach out to the support staff where you did make the purchase to see if they can offer you a refund.
