What in the world did Bungie do to this fusion rifle? Early on, this had to have been the worst fusion rifle in PvP for missing some of the easiest shots you could take and just being entirely inconsistent at one-shotting players. I have a god roll. Smallbore, Projection Fuse, Killing Wind, Rangefinder, and a range masterwork. It could've had a tiny bit more on the range stat, but its stats are generally solid. And it was still swful.
But now all of a sudden, I am blasting people back-to-back with it. I know shotgun game hasn't been as good as it once was, but earlier this season, this fusion rifle was still pretty awful. And the only thing that could've changed on it as far as official facts go is... Rangefinder getting nerfed...???
Uh.....................................?
Was Rangefinder somehow hurting this weapon? But how could that be the case if other rolls were just as bad? Or was something else mysteriously changed? A stealth patch, maybe?
What I can say about it right now is that using the same logic that gives you collateral sniper kills, this fusion rifle is good against moving targets. And now all of a sudden it can actually hit targets that are outside of SMG range a little bit unlike before.
It still isn't a godly fusion rifle by any means, but suddenly it feels like I can be a sweat with this thing. I'm so confused.

If that is the fusion that had the horizontal spread, then I request proof of your success.

I use this fusion from time to time. Honestly it's always wrecked it's just u gotta get closer to really feel it's power

Pretty sure they buffed it’s frame like… a really long time ago. But not many people cared because literally nobody uses it.
