We really need to be able to reroll exotic armor pieces
Bungie,
Let's face it, running master lost sectors ad nauseum for a gear piece is obnoxious AF. Everything you label legend or master boils down to champion spam, which in itself is boring. Champions aren't a threat, they're just annoying. You have to trash your build most of the time to incorperate those stupid mods that dictate what you can use and against which champion type. Or you just pick up Arby as this completely bypasses both shielded champions and match game.
I don't know about you but I'm sick and tired of having to pick arby 99% of the time just because the activity says master or legend. Where is our loadout and build freedom? Where is the play your way?
Aside from the champion spam in a master lost sector you have to get really lucky to get the exact gear piece you want/need. If you eventually do get it to drop then comes the additional RNG of element and stat distribution. For some reason it seems exotic armor always gets a -blam!- stat distribution, regardless of any ghost mod. It will roll +10 on almost every stat and getting the spikes you need never seem to happen no matter how many verions drop.
Bungie, we need to be able to roll stats on our armor and not through some other horrible long boring grind or a massive resource sink. We can change element (with a way to high cost for what it is) so why not reroll stats on exotics?
Let following statement really sink in for a moment: I've been playing since d2 vanilla launch and I still don't have properly rolled exotic armor pieces.
