How come everything that made the void warlock fun and on par with the rest of the classes or had something unique to them, gets taken and thrown away.
Devour needs to be activated by getting ability kills now instead of eating your grenade, pve is fine but pvp i would have to be lucky to do enough damage to them then an ability or use up both grenade and melee to kill.
Our grenade shotgun gets to much hate from others and is removed instead of reworked .I will say damage was high per orb but could have been fixed like how shoties have damage per pellet, three orbs to insta kill, you miss ya miss.
Would like to have "Lance" back from D1, nice to have a free pocket rocket.

They hate warlocks in general not only void...

Hey Guardian. There's no hate towards Warlocks by Bungie, and at the same time it's not true that Hunters are theyr favorite or such things. Cyclically speaking there are always periods in which one of three Classes feels (or is) less performative compared to others either in PvE or PvP or both. We had periods in which Hunters were almost uselss in PvE, others in which Walorcks were OP in PvP and so on for all three of them. Right now Warlocks are in that situation Give Bungie sometimes and with the classic (and regulary slow and late) buff/nerfs things will be regulated again.

Edited by SilverwindNarga: 11/2/2022 3:18:35 AMMore like to busy giving hunters more of a crutch and giving titans the biggest crutch aka arc 3.0. Warlocks they don’t care and arc 3.0 shows it. We get it bungie you don’t care about locks. Sliding melee was the only thing we got and im pretty that was just the crumbs leftover when you realized oh wait we didnt locks anything for arc update. Bungie doesn’t care. Plain and simple. If they did they would’ve actually addressed it or mentioned something about locks being nowhere in trials while void hunters have more appearance than all lock subclasses combined. Or maybe hey we see the math people have done in the community and you are right several warlock supers have really bad numbers in pve. Don’t expect anything from Bungie. Make posts and try to bring attention to the many problems but they don’t care.

Oh stop complaining, Warlocks are fine.

Yes, they do, but there isn't a reason.

Edited by The Hermit IX: 11/1/2022 4:27:35 AMLol No I don’t believe they hate Warlocks but they certainly understand Hunter class is the most played and what noobs will try first. Build crafting with Warlock can create some pretty powerful stuff but they need to address the abysmally low PVP numbers by revamping things so they can have an actual identity and compete. Supers could use a buff overall as well.
How come everything that made the warlock fun and on par with the rest of the classes, gets taken away and thrown in an insinarator. Devour needs to be activated by getting ability kills now in stead of eating your grenade, our grenade shotgun gets to much hate from players -blam!- to play anything but hunter and said its OP but brought balance. Why? The game is now just part of the single cell conglomerate with no tact or flavor. Hunters cover every roll titans are the new medics so why have a class system with no balance might as well stayed with Activision and called it "Call of duty: Destiny the forgotten dream".
I would recommend playing the other classes more.

Probably not. But i do
