This helmet's exotic perk currently reads: "When you are critically wounded with full class ability energy or when you cast a Barricade, create a Sunspot at your location that has [b]improved restoration effects[/b]." Since Bungie nerfed Loreley's granted Sunspot to only give you a normal, non-improved Restoration x1 stack, it is no longer an "improved restoration effect" Sunspot.
