I entered the Chamber of Starlight Lost Sector and had some odd lag spike upon hitting the loading zone and no enemies had spawned at all carried on through to the boss's chest then used a Tincture of Queensfoil, I became ascendant and could see the floating platforms climbed them up to the location where the special chest is no orb ever spawned so I tried killing myself, reloading the area, going to orbit and trying again this didn't solve anything. I even tried going into other Lost Sectors and they all worked fine. Thanks.
