I think it would be a good idea for an exotic especially for dungeons because it would help ad clear. The strat i would use would for one person to constantly get that buff, shoot the boss, get buff, shoot the boss and so on. It would be so fun in the crucible cause people would get frozen. btw what ammo does it use?

As with the other exotic bows (minus leviathan) it would use primary ammo. As it is, le monarch deals large AOE and single target damage. Ticuu does the same. Trinity is one of, if not THE, best add clear in the game. And wishender deals strong single target by hitting 3x with each arrow. I don't think my proposed "Black Ice" would be any stronger than those. Just a very different playstyle. And it would give a good stasis weapon option. Other than aegir's Scepter.
