Hello, I just finished spending the weekend grinding out missions in my spare time after work in order to get an Exotic Cypher before Xur left for the week. I finished the quest and turned it into Xur. When I went to pick up an exotic weapon for my build, it said I didn't have an Exotic Cypher. I went back to Xur to try to turn the quest in again because I thought maybe I just hadn't picked it up by accident, but it doesn't give me the option to turn the quest in anymore. I looked in my quest inventory and the Xenology quest is gone, and I didn't have the option to pick the quest back up from Xur. So I definitely completed it, but it just didn't give me the reward. I'm pretty frustrated that I spent that effort towards getting an Exotic Cypher only for the game not to give me one. I'd really appreciate if someone could give me a work around for this. If I'm not able to get an Exotic Cypher until next week, it's not the end of the world, obviously, but it's still really disheartening. I probably won't be playing the game much in the future knowing that there are bugs this big in the game. I tried looking for somewhere to submit a help ticket, but couldn't find anything like that, hence why I'm posting here.
