I have my bungie account linked to my Prime account, and I've been able to get the rewards in the past. But the reward set for this month didn't go to Amanda after I claimed it. If I go to the Partner rewards history page it shows that I claimed it on Sep. 1, but if I go to Amanda she doesn't have this months rewards, and if I look in my collections some items (the ones I didn't have previously) still show that I don't have them. Is there any way to still get those rewards to transfer from Prime? Or did I miss out this month? And will I continue to have this issue in future months?

Still no response from Bungie. Is there a reason that the troubleshooting for this issue said to create a forum post? This seems like a highly inefficient system to resolve issues? Sure, if it was something that the community could help with, forums are great. This is a technical issue that only Bungie's tech team could resolve, so why is the troubleshooting for it to create a forum thread that will likely never be addressed by anyone who can do anything about it?
