The last couple of times I've dropped by the Throne World, Deepsight is automatically activated whenever I got near the activation spots. I play on Stadia but generally have good connection, and have only noticed this issue within the past few days. It seemed handy at first, ran a couple timed puzzles without much issue, but then I had difficulty trying to get through part of the "Of Queens and Worms" quest and find a Lucent Moth in the Alluring Curtain and Apothecary. The constant, uncontrolled re-activation made it difficult to complete the quest, and then impossible to get the moth as the puzzle's symbols began to disappear without warning. Even with Deepsight reactivating itself automatically, I would shoot 2 of the symbols only for the rest to disappear and I would have to wait for the timer to end and restart again. I'm unsure if others are having this issue and hope I posted this right!
