Bungie has already previously warned us multiple times that they can/will punish us if anything is running that could compromise the game (even if those programs are designed for other games).

It doesn't use a kernel injector so it doesnt violate TOS which therefore cant result in a ban

It actually does violate ToS. Thus, why you got the hammer dropped on your account.
