me and my fireteam found a bug in the sisters encounter where someone enters the room too quickly or too early and when the rest of the fireteam catches up, the door stays closed but the people inside can start the sisters encounter. next you can revive yourself during the encounter, you can even revive after the sisters wipe you and at last, you can kill both sisters like normaly but the encounter doesnt end.
