Vendor rank resets and multiple perk columns
I’m having a hard time finding anything on how many resets grant how many perks open up for the 3rd and 4th columns. I can only find one Reddit post and the starts to explain how it works and says it’s specific to rank 1 starting giving 1-2 and rank 2 gives 2-1 and rank 3 gives 1-2, 2-1, 2-2. And so on. But he then says maxing out rank at 10k will drop stuff as the next rank. For example rank 2 but 10k rep will drop the 2-2 perks as well. But then he starts saying to stop at rank 2 and max it out to get consistent 2-3 drops??? A couple questions, where did he get that from? Does it work? And is there any proof of this drop rate seeming to show? Does anyone know how many resets it would take to be near or at a guaranteed 3-3 drop? Or if that’s even possible?

I should also say that my crucible rank resets is at 6 right now and I saved up 90 engrams and grabbed them all at once and only got 5-6 drops with 3-3 and not even that many with 2-2 most of them where 1-2 or 2-1 and plenty where normal 1-1 drops

I’d say 4+ resets probably better to go for 5. Not sure if they’re guaranteed to have 3-3 though

This may only apply to Gambit, but I have a Bottom Dollar with 3 perks in column 3 & 2 perks in column 4. I think they're from the 3rd resest. But that was also last season so who knows if that's been nerfed too. But..... I did found it wasn't consistent. I can't remember if the rolls were from focusing with the Drifter or just decrypting them and hoping for rng. No idea about the other vendors.
