Despite the nerf to loreley splendor, it is still arguable the strongest exotic we have on the solar subclass, and i would love to make the other solar exotics more relevant, while not making them so strong that it just makes loreley irrelevant.
my suggestion would be to give us a third class ability (sunspot) it would be a replacement for the barricade that would allow us to spawn a sunspot below our feet, on a similar cooldown to the void titans "Bastion" aspect.or the Warlock Rift cooldown.
This class ability would let other exotics like phoenix cradles, the path of burning steps, and hallow fire heart, have even more usage since it would give them a higher ability uptime which would play into their strengths a bit more.
This could also work as a semi buff/nerf for loreley. the main issue with loreley before was that the restoration x2 was on a rally barricade timer, but this way they could make it so that the only way to get the restoration x2 buff would be to combine loreley with the new sunspot class ability, which would now be on a way longer cooldown, that also wouldn't spawn a barricade to protect them.
i Would love to hear more opinions about my suggestions, or even your ideas :)
