Nearly every guide I've seen tells you to pick between heat rises and Icarus dash because they "don't matter". The remaining Aspect simply boosts your grenades but dawnblade does not have built in grenade ability recursion.
There are simply too many prerequisites involving the use of your grenade:
-You have to give up grenades to use a healing grenade
-Heat rises which is the main way to have slightly better accuracy in the air requires your grenade
-Phoenix dive requires your grenade to get some semblance of value from it
The only way to get grenade energy through solar 3.0 is benevolence, which only gives you about a quarter of your energy back, and that's only when you choose to give a nearby ally a buff/heal (which in many cases require your grenade in the first place).
I really think heat rises would have been better off using your melee to activate, slide melee into a phoenix uppercut that sends you into the sky would have been beautiful.

Touch of Flame should provide the OG Benevolent Dawn, which would proc from being Radiant or having Restoration applied- that way, grenade utility can make the class a little more versatile. Heat Rises + Icarus should’ve been one aspect and not split into two, leaving room for one aspect that could be replaced with a healing or damage, giving the class some form of identity
