Logged on today to find that my Bungie name, which has been active ever since the initial integration of "Bungie names", had been removed and my account had been changed to "Guardian". It used to be "Savathûn’s Thong" (judge me all you want, I found it funny). While I can kind of understand the reason for the change, I don't find it necessary in the slightest, because now I'm stuck as "Guardian" and nothing about the name was offensive or -blam!-. It was a play on words from the "Savathûn’s Song" strike that just happened to fit. I, as well as many players I came across, enjoyed the name and this is disappointing to see, especially since there has been no recent mention of additional Bungie name changes coming soon.
This post may get me nowhere outside of receiving a few "point and laughs", but this is my attempt at an appeal. Thanks for reading.
"Savathûn’s Thong" (judge me all you want, I found it funny).
News flash. No. It's not. And bungie clearly doesn't.

No appeal. You broke rule #6.

If your name was Guardian'd by the automated system that went into effect when the Bungie Name system went live, you can do so from your settings. If you have already used your one-time name change and your subsequent name was then Guardian'd, then you'll have to wait until Bungie chooses to grant another option at a name change. Bungie has not announced plans for another name change yet.
