I wanted to share a discussion I had with friends about the Knock 'Em Down aspect.
I find that the part where it states "Golden Gun - Marksman has increased damage resistance and duration" seems like not enough, in that the duration extension seems near meaningless.
Historically as a Solar Hunter main, and to those I've accompanied over the years, you cast that super with the intent to either use one bullet bird (Celestial Nighthawk) or shoot all three bullets in quick succession. I feel there shouldn't be a need for the duration increase.
Instead what I propose is that perhaps it increases the super's precision damage and not duration, while keeping the damage resistance or foregoing it? I've felt that the Celestial Nighthawk is a weaker super in light of Arc 3.0 and Solar 3.0, and therefore not worth using when Blade Barrage now outpaces it overall in instantaneous, high-DPS damage as well as Gathering Storm with DoT. Maybe if it instead increased precision damage, the Celestial Nighthawk could be more on par with the two aforementioned supers?
Overall I think that increasing the duration of GG Marksman is a weak decision with both power creep and other super's DPS now making the Celestial Nighthawk option very weak, let alone GG Marksman. Gjallarhorn, Hezen Vengeance and The Hothead, or Stormchaser and Reed's Regret can outpace the Celestial Nighthawk in raid boss dps with proper spec-ing at this point even.
