Xur Exotic Cypher Quest Problem When Inventory Full
I turned in my Exotic Cypher quest but, alas, was given nothing, nothing to my post master, nothing to my inventory, quest gone, and no Cypher, help please i know theres always next week... but come on... is there any way of getting my cypher back?
