I've linked a tweet with a screenshot of the issue. The new Robes of Nezarec universal ornament is missing its arms in first person - I tested it with a number of shaders, gloves, and bonds on and the arms were missing every time. Still visible in third person, the issue only seems to be in first person. I'm playing on PC, Steam edition. Can post my system specs if needed!
