Getting items bellow soft cap
It seems it's a bug since that didn't happen on previously seasons but being over soft cap (1570) I'm getting items drops at 1567-69 and vendors has items at 1567. What is happening?

1 ReplyIf you're highest item is disabled it doesn't count? Maybe one of those.
