With the launch of Destiny 2 on the Epic Games Store, will Bungie be implementing Linux compatibility for EasyAntiCheat? Allegedly, it's a "couple of clicks" to enable support for the detection system on Epic Online Store titles (according to Epic).
With the game also being compatible on the Steam Deck, which runs a flavour of Linux, people had previously reporting being banned for launching the game on this medium, which I assume is due to the implementation of EAC and not supporting the file system in place.

Destiny 2 uses BattlEye, not EAC. Destiny 2 only runs on a native Windows installation; running it on any other platform/emulation/virtual machine will result in a ban.
