Unable to acquire 'Risen' Title
The 'Risen' title requires me to get all the upgrades at the HELM's War Table, but I'm unable to get the required Insight (i believe it was locked to the seasonal challenges). Perhaps you get insight when you reset the war table rank? If that's no the case then the title is unacquire-able to my knowledge which is a huge oversight.
