Honestly hoping this is bugged and not a conscious dev decision. I nova bombed an arcstrider today for a single tick of 42 damage. Talking point blank detonation with the bomb, I even killed their teammate that was further out from the explosion than them. A friend of mine said he took practically no damage in arcstrider super in pve either. Seems like hunters got all the resil that arc titans and warlocks lost lmao.
