Last season I used a build (no seasonal mods to be clear) that took advantage of causing ignition from scorch spreading. Picture three enemies in a line, shoot the left and then the right enemy and this would cause the middle enemy to ignite killing anyone else near him sometimes causing a chain of ignitions. This was used with the Mini-Tool and the Fragments - Char & Ashes with Eruption to make the ignitions larger. Sadly I don't really have any video of me using this but it worked flawlessly for 3 weeks since I started using it.
However since 6.2.0 Incandescent seems to never proc ignition or at least not reliably. I've checked the patch notes and see no nerfs to Incandescent or the above mentioned fragments. It will sometimes proc but only if the adds are so close I could smash them with a shotgun blast and kill them at the same time, so practically next to each other vs a body or two's worth away from each other (like a respectable blast radius, not a blast hug like it is currently)
I understand Arc is the flavour of the week but wondered if anyone else has encountered this? It's really nerf'd the add-clear ability of the build and hardly fun to use anymore. Like Void grenades on Warlock all over again and I'm pretty sure they're doing less damage again too.

Thats because bungie nerfed the enhanced version from 45 to 35. And last seasons more scorch stacks made enhanced do like 80 scorch...but was nerfed as well.
