Assassin's Cowl Exotic does not grant invisibility upon finishing Hive Ghost
The Assassin's Cowl exotic does not grant invisibility or health upon finishing a Hive Ghost, despite the similar 'finisher grants invisibility' effect from Echo of Obscurity correctly granting invisibility upon doing so.
I'm unsure what other details to include in this, this is a relatively straightforward bug report.
