I have been a long time player since the older (better) halos and Destiny 1 alpha and had acquired EVERY raid shader from the leviathan, this was back when the shader system was AWFUL and as a result i didn’t always keep the single consumable shader in my inventory as i was APPLYING them to my guns and or armor constantly and when this system was finally fixed i HAPPENED to not have EVERY consumable shader in my inventory so now they are not in my collections but i own so many pieces of gear with them applied. I noticed this awhile back and tried to find help but after seeing the responses i gave up. I had seen a few other posts where the poster is just told WHY they unfairly had THEIR shaders stolen but never a real SOLUTION to the issue.I don’t mean to be disrespectful i promise but this is extremely frustrating for me, personally i fail to see how its my fault that these shaders aren’t in my collections. Again no disrespect really but Bungie please fix this bug, thank you.

I am locking this topic as the comments here have just devolved into arguing with each other. If the consumable version of the shader was not in your inventory when Collections was implemented, then that shader was not tracked and added. This is not a bug—the system is working as it is intended. If you would like to see a change to this system, I recommend creating a post in the #FeedbackD2 forum where the suggestion would be seen by the proper devs.

Nothing to fix. If you didn't have them in your inventory it doesn't count.
