Your idea of a 30 minute ban is garbage... I think the game in general is turning in the same direction... I mean look at Iron banner for instance... completely ruined

I mean, it does serve a purpose. It's meant to discourage people from quitting matches (of course, some would rather quit the match and take the ban than play it to the end).
