Account Restricted for 2 weeks due to bad connection. I have a very stable connection (Lan, plus 300mb speed) Please Help!
Hi, just wanted to bring this to your attention. PvP has seemed very wild of late, connection-wise. I am pretty sure it isn't on my end as I have not had a problem with my Internet in any other game or media to my knowledge (If it is my connection apologies). I will say there have been a lot of people jumping around the maps in the last 2 weeks but I was assuming this was related to you (Bungie) perhaps testing an element of skill-based matchmaking for beginners as I thought I saw you mention it in a TWAB lately. But I guess I am wrong in this regard due to my restriction today.
I felt I had to make this post in case others were affected by this. Hopefully, if you see this, it may shine a light on why this happened or if there was an auto function for restricting people, perhaps it's restricting people on a wider scale.

1 ReplyYour speeds you provided seem very good but this one will provide a jitter result as well. Please run the test out to 2000 miles or more to get a worst case scenario when connecting with people on other continents while playing PVP activities.

1 ReplyJust want to say, never compare internet connections in other games against D2 connection as D2 is very picky. Also can you post a speed test result, as this issue is definitely on your end not Bungie’s as everyone would have had issues otherwise?
