Prior to the latest patch, Coldheart would emit a pulse 3x per mag on sustained fire against a target, and that pulse would trigger an Ionic Trace to spawn - 3 Ionic Pulses per mag.
Now, Coldheart no longer emits the pulse animation, and it only triggers 2 Ionic Traces total per mag on sustained fire.
Was this intentional? I rather liked that pulse animation if nothing else.
