Well the thing is while navigating between items, weapon mods or perks, armor mods aswell or just clicking detail on some of the armor it will stutter like crazy. FPS drops from 200 to 60 for like 0.5 sec and this is very noticeable. I reinstalled the game, testing different Nvidia driver, did a windows 10 clean install, but nothing helps. The only thing I did not test is to run the game on normal HDD, but I cant, I only have SSDs in my system. RTX 3080, 12700K, 32GB RAM, NVMe SSD 2GB (installed here) RM850x PSU
