Bring back the Icebreaker (WITHOUT regenerating ammo)
They should bring back the Icebreaker. If they still say it's too powerful to generate its own aim they could change it to reload constantly or have the magazine be every bullet, like 21 round magazine no reloading, or it reloads while you're aiming down the sights.

Bungie added reconstruction which reloads the gun manually overtime at a decent speed and overflows the magazine and it's available on a sniper
