Bungie here is an idea about High cal rounds.
Now that Flinch resist is a thing with the recent changes. How about reworking high cal rounds to actually flinch no matter what not a high flinch but at least combat those 100 flinch resist people. And maybe increase effects if the person is not investing in flinch resist.
Bonus: Maybe make Unstoppable Mods do a similar thing.

I do somewhat agree but this could prove problematic for anyone running low flinch resistance, think Y1 when high cal dominated crucible. They could add a scaler to it so that it deal higher flinch to people with higher resistance.

If you want to flinch a player, use a handcannon, I'm not joking, HC's are bugged and don't have the flinch they inflict reduced by player building against it, so if you really want to flinch a player, just use a HC.

People who [b]build[/b] into flinch resist have actually spent their resources on reducing to completely negating the effects of flinch. High cal/unstop is literally just slapping on a mag or a mod and calling it a day. There's a difference
