High impact scout (new changes)
First off I think the precision scout buff will do wonders for the archetype and is very well deserved. But I think your making a big mistake with high impacts. I currently main a Perses-D and have previously mained transfiguration for extended periods. They are no joke in the crucible and I have been running into more of them in the past few days. The 3 crits at 150 rpm is plenty imo. Making them more forgiving will make a meta you’ve been wanting to avoid since year one of D2. Please think it through.

1 ReplyNah, hand cannons will still be dominant in most situations on most maps. They can make 150 scouts as forgiving as they want damage wise, but they’ll never have the low zoom, aim assist, and handling that hand cannons have.
