It's impossible to make progress in any of the extensions I PAID for

I'm a pc player Here are my pc specs so you know that my pc is not the problem (talking directly to bungie support): intel core i5-12600k 32gb 3200mhz ddr4 ram Nvidia RTX 3080 ti 12gb 1tb up to 7400mb/s read and 6800mb/s write m.2 nvme ssd Here are some of the problems I encounter in the game: 1. In the mission 'Beyond' when I get at the end to pickup the 'mysterous object', sphere, whatever (if it doesnt glitch me in one of the bosses rooms after defeating them), it just kicks me out to orbit while giving me the rewards instead of saying 'mission accomplished' (or something like that) and starting the countdown before sending me to orbit as usual. So the mission is not accomplished and stays there as if I never did it. I don't get the next mission or any kind of progress. 2. The Crown of sorrow just doesn't have an interact button no matter how much times I restart the game. I tried to log out and log back in also. So can't make progress there. 3. I have no quests or indicators that point me towards a the next step for any of the expansions packs campaigns. 4. Eris morn's logo on the map is blue and indicates a campaign quest, but when I talk to her there's nothing. 5. Many more problems such as glitches, bugs and crashes espacially with the poorly optimised HDR (pc only). For the Bungie support team (if there is one): Bungie doesn't have a phone number or email. That's really bad and shady. When I learned that, it ruined the image of the company for me. Please fix my stuff, I paid for it. Don't send me a generic bot response to ask people in the forums, because this is me doing it right now. Done. Find an actual solution. I just want to play what I paid for. Thanks. To anyone here: Can someone here help? Does anyone here have the same problem(s)? Thanks a lot, I truly appreciate it.
