Today (18th June 2022) my friends and I
played Trials. Everything was going great
until we met a guy (won't mention name)
that was very toxic and racist, and I'm talking about
Hate-Towards-German toxic. I have
screenrecordings of him saying stuff like
Heil Hi**** and doing the Hi**** Gruß on
Twitch (There’s a lot more) after we lost in Trials. I was wondering where I could
get in contact with Bungie to report these incidents.
Thank you

Hello there, If you suspect abuse, report them via the in game/message/chat tool or If does not work, you can try the Manual Tool. Keep in mind, Bungie can only action messages that occur on their platforms. If this message was sent via platform messaging or other social media, then you would want to report it to those platforms. Bungie's SRT does not review forums for reports.

If it is through messages on Bungie.net then use the report options to inform the Ninjas. If it is voice or messages to your platform's account then report them to your platform provider.

I have reported racist people to Bungie several times over the years with no noticeable action being taken by Bungie. That being said, please keep reporting these people that way “if” Sony takes over maybe something will be done. You can report them by clicking their name while in a game or after a game you can go to your recent people met tab and find their name there. You will not get a ticket number or anything like that after reporting someone because there will be no communication from Bungie after you report it and no way to see if your report was even looked into.

If he was saying stuff like that on Twitter then you’ll need to report him on Twitch, if he was messaging you through Destiny then report them using the report option when clicking their name.
