Playing competitive is nothing more than gambling your game. If you have a power outage you could be banned. I am lucky that I have great internet but we are prone to power outages. I got a warning for a power outage and decided competitive is not worth it.

  • Contrary to what these other people are telling you, I do not cheat, I do not even know how to cheat. Everyone seems to be pointing out that back in season 13 my trails history was "sus" But that was in fact due to paying for an account carry, BEFORE it was against Bungie's policy. Afte Bungie announced that account carries can get you banned, I stopped. So I don't know what else it could be.

  • He got a full ban from the whole game because of cheating. This is far worse than having Internet issues and leaving matches or even lagging.

That is an assumption and most likely correct but Bungie has been banning people for years without so much as a reason. If no reason is given then I feel it is unjust. Bungie thinks they know what they are doing but all the problems say otherwise. Bungie has made so many mistakes since launch that I am lead to believe they also make mistakes in banning people.

  • Nope. Every case has a reason. People may claim ignorance or just hostility in the hope of getting back in and loads of lies and excuses turn up but Bungie is VERY sure before the ban hammer drops. Accidental bans which Bungie sorted out can be counted on 2 hands. This case just look into his Trials history.

  • I just can not believe they mess everything else up but suspensions and bans they always get right. I am not that gullible.

  • That’s only a temporary suspension, bans are permanent

  • How do you know? They do not tell anyone why they got banned. Cheaters need to be hardware banned but Bungie has a track record of making a lot of mistakes. There were even a lot of people banned for being matched on an LFG with another player who is cheating.
