Memory of Safiyah doesn't appear during Sever mission on Low settings
I'm playing this game on Low graphical settings, during this week's Sever mission, when Nightmare of Safiyah is converted into a Memory, she doesn't appear and Zavala talks to the air. I repeated the mission again with the same settings and the same thing happened, the Memory does appear in H.E.L.M tho.
[Everything on Low, except for Textures, which are on Medium - 80%]
