I am just wondering if there is any definitive info on how these are calculated in regards stats. Do the stats need to be 10’s to hit new numbers (like our mobility, discipline etc) or do numbers such as 64 etc do more than 60?
TL;DR: do you need to hits ‘10’s’ on stats to go up flinch resistance points?

Every 10 stability or resilience is 1% flinch resist. Unflinching mods are also 1% flinch resist I believe.
